MAASDIJK – Beekenkamp Plants has sold its minority share in Schoneveld Breeding to the family‑owned company De Groot en Slot.
Since 2020, Beekenkamp Plants and Schoneveld Breeding have been working together based on shared values such as commitment, reliability and innovation. “Although both organisations operated independently, the collaboration over the past six years has resulted in valuable knowledge exchange,” says An Beekenkamp, co‑owner of Beekenkamp Plants.
With the transition of Schoneveld Breeding to De Groot en Slot, Beekenkamp Plants has chosen to conclude its minority share. This brings the period to a natural close and allows everybody again to shape the future in its own direction.
“For our customers, the relationship between Beekenkamp Plants and Schoneveld Breeding remains unchanged,” says Marc Driessen.. “Schoneveld Breeding continues as a supplier, enabling us to serve our customers with the same level of quality and service as always.”
